Ethiopian Guji Organic Natural

This coffee hails from the Ethiopia. This natural-processed coffee is light-bodied and bright, featuring notes of White Grape, Mango, Papaya, Rose Tea, and Lemon Candy. It is a very fruit-forward cup in the light/medium roasts and works well as a dark roast too.

The Dark Roasted version of this coffee has been given the label “Dark Horse 32” in honor of Chattanooga Medal of Honor recipient Captain Larry Taylor who carried that call sign in Vietnam. Captain Taylor used his Cobra attack helicopter to rescue an LRRP team by landing and instructing them to hold onto the skids and rocket pods before carrying them all to safety.
